You should still have some protection x.x it mainly depends which area of the virus your body targeted. Why vaccines are nice because (if possible) the people designing it can pick a region they want your body to make antibodies against. They could pick, for example, and important binding motif. That means unless the virus mutates that region, which will probably prevent it from binding to it's target, you'll always have a least a little protection from it
